Beaches Family Practice and Walk-In

Was diagnosed with an issue that needed "immediate surgical attention" yet front desk staff had me wait months as they set me up with the wrong surgeon 3 times - finally I gave up and asked them to stop, and will now go to emerg on my own to have this taken care of (staff had no issue with that and offered no apologies) - after waiting almost 4 months to have the wrong people booked then cancel me. Don't really feel important at all at this clinic, no sense of urgency or interest in supporting patients appropriately.
