Oakridge Laser & Skin Clinic

I was given a voucher to go in for a package treatment, I made an appointment and switched it a week from that date. When I showed up all excited to go in after taking a day off from work, but when I showed up, the Manager gave me the hardest time ever. He said I had not cancelled the previous appointment date and when they tried calling me it was the wrong number. First of all they wrote down the wrong number, then double booked me, and blamed me for it. Instead of honouring the voucher, he insisted that he couldn't because he had to pay for his staff to stay, even though he had already booked me in. His resolution was to get a partial treatment after he had insulted me. It is the worst spa experience I have ever had and I didn't even recieve any service. Just pure disgusting! Save your time and money, never ever go here!
